The beautiful wedding of Craig & Elaine at Alona Hotel in Strathclyde park. An almost perfect day for wedding photography although we had a slight wind that gave us the chance ot get some lovely shots of the brides veil blowing naturally. And the day was topped off with some lovely sunset wedding photographs out in the park.
Another of our Summer weddings from this year, Mr & Mrs Cowan's beautiful wedding at the very unique Ghillie Dhu in the heart of Edinburgh City.
A beautiful venue for a wedding and Edinburgh City is great for getting out and about for wedding photographs.
This is one of our May 2014 weddings. After a ceremony in St Roberts church our lovely couple Mr & Mrs Lavery celebrated their marriage with their reception at Sherbrooke Castle in Glasgow.

It wasn't the driest day for the wedding of Mr & Mrs Lawrie at Dunblane Cathedral but we still managed to capture lots of fantastic photos for the couple.
After a traditional wedding ceremony at the cathedral the couple and their guests celebrated the marriage at the Dunblane Hydro hotel.
It doesn't matter which day of the year you get married on in Scotland it's can be a gamble as to what weather you get. Even though the wedding of Nick and Lisa was in November we had a beautiful sunny day at the Moorpark House Hotel. it gave us the chance to get some fantastic shots outside in the gardens.
Brig O' Doon House hotel in Alloway was the setting for one of our 2013 Summer weddings.
After a beautiful ceremony in the Alloway Parish Church Chris & Nicola spent the day with family and friends at the fantastic Brig O' Doon House Hotel. We managed to get some beautiful shots in the church and on the old brig with group shots all taken care of in the grounds of the hotel..
It was also one of those occasions where having 2 photographers was a real plus. While i was shooting the couple close up on the bridge my trusty 2nd photographer Christopher was positioned on the road bridge adjacent getting some very different wide shots of the proceedings.
In Scotland one thing to remember is that no matter what time of year you have your wedding you just can't predict what weather you will have on your big day. Richard and Nicola celebrated their wedding in November on a day that was less than spectacular weather wise at the Seamill Hydro. A really lovely couple and they didn't let the weather spoil their day one bit and we still managed to get some lovely shots outside.
I really love when we capture sequences of images raher than just one image that tells a story. The shot's below were taken near the end of the evening reception, a very cute moment of tenderness turns to laughter.
